Easy and Delicious Honey Mustard Fish Tacos
This is a really delicious and easy recipe and would make a great lunch/dinner idea for when you want something quick that everyone will love.

- 1 box Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks
- 1 Avocado
- 1 bottle Honey Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Onion
- 1 box Taco Shells
- 1 pack Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 can Corn
- 1 bag Salad Mix
- 1 Feta Cheese
Taco filling preparation
Chop the salad mix, onion and cherry tomatoes.
Line a pan with baking paper and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Put the Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Sticks in the pan and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Take the fish stick out of the pan, let them cool down for a few minutes and then chop them.
Take out the taco shells from the box and start filling by applying a coat of honey mustard first. You can add the rest of the ingredients to your own liking - salad, onion, fish sticks, tomatoes, feta cheese.
Guacamole sauce
Chop the avocado and onion and add to your blender.
Add olive oil, salt, lemon juice and blend until you get a creamy consistency.
You can add the guacamole sauce to your tacos or use it as a dip.
