2. Yoga and meditation

I am a certified yoga teacher, however after I became a mommy I stopped practicing yoga regularly due to lack of time. Skipping yoga practice has really affected my health and ability to manage stress negatively so I knew I had to get back to my practice.

I now try to do at least 1 sun salutation sequence every day (if I am too busy that day). My “me time” is the last thing on my schedule (after my baby goes to sleep) but I really look forward to it every night.
